What this role is: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Horizons, Nexus’s flagship startup conference.
Responsibilities
- Help source, vet, and coordinate speakers, including founders, operators, and investors across the Nexus network.
- Manage outreach lists, communication, and follow-ups with speakers and partners.
- Assist with venue logistics, scheduling, run-of-show, and backstage flow.
- Coordinate with events, content, and design to ensure Horizons materials are clear and consistent.
- Support day-of operations: check-ins, speaker coordination, transitions, and attendee experience.
- Work with the media to capture sessions and turn insights into post-event content.
